Great value needs better door locks

Room was a great value. I always take off a star if I don’t feel the room door lock is sufficient. This door just had a quick deadbolt on the regular handle & no secondary locking mechanism. It opened from the inside by simply opening the door. I didn’t sleep well I kept thinking I heard people coming in the room as I didn’t feel secure enough with that one lock. I didn’t have breakfast but the eggs looked really nice! Not boxed scrambled eggs but singular eggs with yolks individually cooked.they also had sausage, baked goods, juices, & fruit.

I liked the comfortable king bed, the microwave was good, tv had good reception and the a/c was excellent..however. There isn’t a comfy chair in the rooms, I was disappointed that there was not an ice machine..the room had no towels when we arrived, I told the front desk but no towels were delivered and I had to go get them myself, from office..the pool was awesome.. the price was rite!

Bed was good clean and comfortable. no wash cloths or towels the shower didn't work. It was nosy andlots of disturbances til two in the morning. They seem to be working on the place but still a ways to go.

It was just ok.

I understand the property is under renovation. The room was fine but there were no towels in the room at all. I requested some of the front desk and they told me they were in the dryer and they would bring some to me when they were done… But I never received any towels at all. the guests next to me starting being loud and rowdy at 4am and started full on screaming and banging on their door and yelling at 8am and it was disruptive. I ended up checking out earlier than I had wanted to just because it was too loud and I wasn’t getting any rest. I hope that the property improves as the renovations are completed.

There was no working bathroom in the lobby. The man checking in was slow, knowing I needed to use the restroom. Then the key to the room didn’t work, which was located far from the lobby. They wanted me to come all the way back to the desk when I called. I demanded they come to the room and he did. He apologized, but it was very slow. The area was dirty around the property with a lot of trash in the parking lot. The room also didn’t have any towels.

Room was dirty sheets had stains breakfast was a joke. Staff rude, no towels in the rooms, had to walk to office at midnight to get one towel for two people. No wash rags, nothing. Extremely unsafe , thought my car would get stolen or broken into. Railings loose, steps broken law suit ready to happen. Bad just bad do not get cat fished by the photos this place is horrible. Drug addicts all over and smelled of weed. Just gross

The Rancho Cordova Inn is an old Comfort Inn that was bought out and is now being ran as a motel. I did not receive a refund back. Do not book through Expedia or Rancho Cordova Inn. Filled with homeless people, users and is not clean. Expedia is not trust worthy and provides zero customer service, tried several times to reach out and they just give me the go around.

The staff here is always fun and friendly and they try to be accommodating. The ONLY complaint is that they RARELY have towels lol. And last time my friend got some makeup on the bedding (that would have come off) but I didn't see it and he charged me for it. At least je didn't take my whole deposit 😊 Will def be back.

This was absolutely the worst day that I've had through booking with hotels.com I had booked a double Queen room and when we got there it was a single full size bed for somebody who is 6 months pregnant their significant other and one more person. The people in the office refused to switch us rooms and we had booked for a week solid. Also hotels.com refused to help or compass anything so we are just out $506. Save your money don't go here.

This was a nightmare of an experience and this place should be condemned. I will never come back to this place again. I also fear for the saftey of anyone else who makes the mistake of staying there. Honesty, I really want my money back. But I dont that to happen considering they tried to keep my deposit after I complained.
