This gorgeous four-bedroom retreat features a king bed, two full beds, and a twin bed, Guests can unwind in one of the two bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub for a relaxing soak. The tranquil space offers comfort with heating and AC to keep you cozy year-round. It comes with a washer and dryer for your comfort. Whether you’re gathering in the quaint living area or resting after a day of exploring, this house provides a welcoming atmosphere.
This is a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood on a wide street in the El Macero area in South Davis. It makes your stay convenient for you. It has a formal dining room and informal dining. Mahogany wood floor entrance and Oak hardwood floors throughout the house. Open area kitchen and informal dining area. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and microwave oven, granite counter tops and Oak China cabinets. Comfortable four bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, and all with classical style wood furniture. Two accessible bathrooms include one with a walk-in tub and the other with accessible shower. Office space with desk and fast internet. Beautiful landscape in the front and in the back yard. Spacious garage with washer and dryer and plenty of storage shelving. Home is in a corner lot with beautiful curb appeal. Parking for two cars in driveway and a two-car garage with automatic door opener. It has a nice patio area and a ramp for accessible wheelchairs. Two blocks from the Nugget Market and from the bus stop to UCD for a short ride. Access to the freeway I-80 two minutes. Property is non-smoking. Included in the rent: owner pays for the internet and a gardener to take care of the landscape. All utilities included for the first month. After that, tenants pay for City utilities and PG&E. Pets possible. Home is available now.

We had a great stay at this four-bedroom suburban home in early June. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a family trip.The host, Jose, was friendly and gave us a helpful personal tour of the home when we arrived. He was also very responsive whenever we needed assistance during our stay.The home was well-stocked with necessities, including plenty of towels and basic bathroom and kitchen supplies. It has a nice coffee maker with filters, you will just need to bring your own coffee.The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located just minutes from the downtown area and restaurants. The kitchen features upgraded appliances, and the new washer and dryer were highly useful. The provided dishes are high-quality but lean a bit formal; adding some casual everyday plates and mugs would be a practical addition for families, though it did not impact our stay.Overall, it is a very nice home and we highly recommend both the property and Jose. We would stay here again
