Room smelled bad and looked dirty. Spoke with them and got moved to the top floor and was moderately better. Was then double charged through them and Expedia. Contacted them and was told to they never were paid by Expedia but was told to email the front desk and never heard back from them again.

Not so good stay

Staff at check in were not friendly and dressed poorly not clean shaven. There was a card show there on Saturday so getting service or questions answered was a bit hard. Very loud from card show. Tried to use hot tub but left as there were a lot of unsupervised kids running and screaming with some adults running and screaming as well a lot in the hot tub and pool area, as well as in the pool. Furniture was old and chipped up. Room could have been cleaner. $290 for 2 nights it wasn’t worth it.
