The room was clean and comfortable; furniture was never and in better shape than competition in this price range. But really disliked the virtual desk clerk. I had difficulty understanding person on video, and he in turn me. Check in was a frustrating experience. Had occasion for another virtual interaction - again frustrating. Were it not for this I would feel no hesitation in another stay.

All was well except for the strength of electricity. Was not able to charge my devices with wall and lamp outlets. Very disappointing. If I was staying longer than a day would have asked for service. But overall, all was great.

Liked that dogs are allowed and the size and cleanliness of the room with nice bed and upgraded decor. The room did not have cups for drinking coffee or water. The free breakfast was very limited with just toast, butter, jelly plus 2 kinds of Cheerios and milk. No fruit or other offerings. Budget friendly and fine for just an overnight stay for long drives.

2nd time stay

This is the second time staying here. We liked the convienence of the hotel to the freeway and dinner next door. The room was quiet and clean. Just wish the breakfast had more options, yougurt, fruits, and breads.

It was weird. While I appreciate the kind and courteous person on the screen greeting me when arrived, they were still on a screen. Not a person in sight except for the screen image. I will not stay there again. It was too sci-fi and just plain felt weird.

Check in procedure was unusual but managed to check in successfully, overall condition of the property is fair, staff, friendly enough, but not very good. Continental breakfast was advised that they were discontinuing altogether so coffee was not even palatable other than that not much else to choose from.

I’m assuming old people live there because we were getting told we were to loud right before noise curfew (10pm) on a Friday night. And someone called the cops on my kids in the pool stating that there were people yelling and fighting. The reason I picked this hotel was the location and the amenities. The room didn’t have the amenities that I paid for. Bad experience.

Okay stay for the price. -The room itself was very nice and clean. It was nice to have the complimentary soaps, shampoo, and moisturizer. -It was nice to have a station to fill up water bottles with ice and water. The breakfast included was very limited to toast and cereal. I would have liked to at least have packaged muffins, yogurt or fruit. -Checking in/out was simple for us booking through Expedia, but the hotel did not have someone in person at the lobby desk. We had to wait about 20 min to check in while the zoom attendant assisted the person in front of us and required the help of the cleaning staff who was in person to complete their check in process. Not a fan of the virtual assistant instead of in person service.

Very basic for a hundred bucks, but clean and solf pillows! We'd never used a kiosk check in, so that was kind of weird seeing the person on a screen instead of in person, I didn’t care for that. They were two fast food restaurants in the same parking lot, but we drove into the main town and found lots of choices. It felt safe, but again VERY basic.
