Rooms were not very clean and the installations in general look very old and dirty. They mention free breakfast, but it's only a table in the lobby with one kind of pastries and coffee, so not really a breakfast! The staff was nice, and helped us to change into a more decent room, so that's why I put the 2 stars.

I booked a room and did not even stay in the room. I left right away. They can see this from one of their 50 cameras they have around the property watching from the front desk. Smelled so bad. Bed did not have sheets on it. Disgusting stains on it. Sofa cushions were torn and had big holes with no cover. I have videos of all this. Expedia attempted to call, email and reach out repeatedly about a refund and they refused. Horrible horrible service

Make sure to scroll for the $150 security depot.

Be sure to scroll at the way down to the bottom of the hotel stay before making the appointment. If you’re already pinching pennies for the cost, be advised of the $150 deposit that is due upon arrival too. Not easily found on the app and misleading when the all inclusive price isn’t really the case. Headed to the Sac VA with the service animal and wanted to drive up the night before and splurge on a room for us rather than sleeping in the car or waking up early and risking falling asleep at the wheel or getting stuck in rush hour traffic. After much persistence I was able to get the money for the booking refunded that night thru the website customer support for Hotels.com. The has another fit card reissued so I didn’t have to return back to my house or face sleeping in my car at the hospital in the parking lot.

This place was extremely disappointing. It felt dirty, creepy, and smelled strongly of weed and smoke. Everything was disorganized and poorly maintained. I would not recommend it , definitely not worth the money
The sofa was dirty and broken, making the space feel neglected and unsanitary.
There was a hair on the pillow — clearly from a previous guest
and the room had a foul odor
TV only had one channel, which was blurry and unwatchable

The guy at check in was great and the girl in the morning was nice too. The room was in good shape. The shower needs new caulking and the shower head needs replacement but I'm a builder so i notice that stuff. It's extremely minor. The staff was great and the room was quiet and comfortable. That's the most important part. 5/5

Stay away! Very outdated, dirty and dingy! Will never stay here again. Staff was nice, however; the hotel is disgusting, which is sad to say for it being a Wyndham property.

First room we were in had drug paraphernalia hidden in the aur conditioning unit. Phone didnt work to contact desk. Second room we got moved to didn't have a smoke detector in it. Never cleaned room while we were there. Tried calling desk. No answer. Would not recommend to anyone.

Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, whether they were smoking or otherwise. The smoking room just had the added bonus of burn marks on the bed cover -- the nonsmoking bed cover was simply stained. (I suspect period blood) The "breakfast" at this place amounts to tepid coffee with powdered creamer and a gas station danish. The key to my room was broken, and two of the four lights were broken. At $100 a night you should be able to expect something better. Hard pass next time!

Lights didn’t work. Outlets would not hold plugs. Window broken and taped up with scotch tape. Carpet falling apart. And housekeeping came at 9am when checkout was 11. She didn’t even knock to verify if we were gone or not. If the lock wasn’t in she would have just came in.

Cockroaches!!! Tv didn’t work, a lot of shady people staying there!! Dirty, paint chipping! I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!!! Deplorable. If I wasn’t there for my uncle’s surgery I would have left!
