My only real complaint is that they gave me a room on the first floor near the ballroom and the front desk and it wasn’t safe as a single woman to be so close to the street and it was very noisy from all the holiday parties.

Very nicely remodelled. Rooms are nice, clean and comfy. Only reason i rated location a 3 is because its a cinvenient place to stay when im visiting a work office in that area but its not a pretty or scenic location. But its convenient.

I loved staying here for my post surgery. They offered nice long hallways for me to walk around. The ambience was very quiet. Everyone was respectful. Upon checking in they also offered my husband and me their signature cookies. They were soo good! Nice and warm. Everything was perfect, would stay again

Room was ok. Room thermostat appeared to only offer fan. Thankful our stay was not during the hot summer. On multiple instances the elevator and hall had strong smell of weed. Parking system was ridiculous, especially having to pay $12/day. It literally was a wait since it seem every hotel guest had an issue with the system. Save yourself the headaches and go to another hotel in the area.
