Convenient location for attending softball games at Sac State. Room was excellent, spotless with plenty of room to move around. All staff members were courteous and professional. Loved the complimentary parking and the hot breakfast offering was appreciated.

Every staff member was friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. The breakfast is very good. Everything from oatmeal to make your own waffles. Will definitely stay again next time I visit the area.

First, we were bumped to a King, when we made a reservation for a Queen room. Second, the room smelled weird, triggering allergy problems for me and my daughter. Third, the sink did not drain properly. Fourth, the shower curtain fell on the last day. I've requested a partial refund and I'm waiting for the manager to call me back. I would not recommend this hotel for my dog to stay in; therefore, we will not be back. Beware...the pricing is reasonable because it is a subpar hotel!
