You will have your own private 24-hour front door access with keypad and full and entire privacy during the stay. No matter if you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be very satisfied with your stay. There is also a comfortable backyard with a huge BBQ & patio area and a crystal-clear POOL with salt water that is free to use 24/7!
The unit has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. You will fall in love with our extremely comfortable 2 king and 2 queen-size beds.
One bedroom features a little kitchenette with a small refrigerator and is complete with all the electrical appliances you need to feel comfortable, such as a teapot, coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave.
The sofa bed in the living room unfolds to act as a sleeper. Extra sheets and blankets can be found inside the sofa. Please see pictures.

We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit, but we can adjust the temperature a bit per request. There is central AC for the
The whole house is controlled online by the host; it is set up for 71°F (21.5°C) for summertime and 69°F (20.5°C) for wintertime.
On the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
If you get hot, please use the ceiling fan.
If you get cold in the summertime, you can open windows.
There are three more units on the property with guests. Sometimes you can hear them through the walls. It's normal.

Beautiful Place

The place was more beautiful than the pictures! Very private even with the other units. Beds are comfy and all rooms are very spacious. It was a very quiet area. Never heard a car or neighbors or any noise! We enjoyed the pool and pool area. Lots of room to lounge and swim. The pool is not heated but it was very refreshing. There is one bathroom but very big. Had everything you need. Shampoo, body wash, Qtips and lots of fresh towels and pool towels! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. There were even two cold bottled waters in the fridge when we arrived. So wonderful after traveling. The place was also spotless! Really appreciated that! The host and cohost were. The host and cohost were very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

Not What We Thought

So first of all, the bathroom wasn’t located close to the master bedroom. There’s no safety bars for easy access to the shower/bath. The flimsy throw rugs in the bedroom are not secured and a person can trip and fal. The living room furniture is awfully uncomfortable and worn!

Beautiful with a couple oddities

The place is beautiful and comfortable but there are a couple quirks. The shower drifts from warm to hot and back again, there are very few TV options, and you have no control of the temperature. But otherwise it is a very nice place to stay.

WOW! What a Great Property!

We stayed at the Grand Château 2-bedroom unit with pool access from Thursday, May 23 through Monday, May 27, 2024 and VERY MUCH enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for us with plenty of room to relax with our adult son who lives nearby when he stopped by for visits, a nice kitchen area with all the appliances we needed and more (since we took our son out for most meals), breakfast nook with plenty of room to seat 6 people, and a VERY comfortable bed in the large Master Bedroom. The bed in the ample-sized 2nd bedroom (with a view of the pool deck) was likely just as comfortable, but we did not use that room since our son returned home each night of our visit. The bathroom was also well-supplied with shampoo, body wash and even Q tips, and large enough for both of us to shower and get ready for the day each morning. And last but certainly not least, the owner/host was very quick to reply to all of our messages before, during and after our stay. Access information was clear and concise and much appreciated given that our flight arrived from the east coast after midnight and we did not want to bother anyone when we checked in. We will look forward to staying here again the next time we visit our son.

Week Vacation Rental

This is the second time I have stayed here and I was just as happy. Ease of check-in and check-out. Communication with owner is easy. Easy access to anything we needed. The only thing we didn’t have was Kleenex and the spout on the kitchen soap dispenser kept falling off. Otherwise perfectly happy. Thank you!

Great location for our needs

Worked great for our golf trip. Cloae to Tesla charger, walmart and costco and lots of restaurants. Facilities was comfortable and was nice to have full kitchen.

Beautiful and cozy!

I stayed here with my adult daughter. The unit was beautiful and very clean. The patio, grill and pool area was lovely as well. It was private, quiet and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that was located close to many things, including downtown Sacramento. I would definitely stay here again! Also, the host and his contact person were both very kind.

Incredible short stay for a leadership conference

The house was well beyond our expectations. The price was very reasonable. Actually less than our friends paid for a group reservation at a near by hotel. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our host gave great instructions for checking in after hours. Our only regret was the weather didn't cooperate and we were not able to enjoy the pool. It really was a great place!

Great place!

We stayed here while in town visiting my parents. It was a nice overflow space for me and my kids to come and get some rest at night after a day of hanging out. The unit was very clean and there was lots of space for us to spreadout. I do wish the listing had said no other guests were allowed even during the day for a quick visit, but totally understand the reasoning and appreciated the cordial communication with the owner. I would definitely still come back and rent from Sergey again for our next visit!

Amazing stay
