Top latch of room door was broken and when I alerted this to the front desk to get it replaced they were not receptive and did not replace the lock during my stay. There was also a stain on my bedsheet.

I called before completing the booking to ask if the hot tub was working and they assured me that it was. I asked again when I was checking in and they assured me yes. Then when I’m all in my bathing suit, I find out that it’s absolutely cold and they literally lied to my face. Then they promised me a manager would fix it in the morning and then the person at the front desk in the morning laughed at me because there is no manager on Saturdays. The most unbelievable unprofessional experience at a hotel I have ever had. They will not give me a refund. They literally tricked me into getting the room because the only reason I went was for the hot tub. So I sat in this dingy room with a tiny TV where paints peeling off the walls and all this awful remodeling and I still didn’t even get to use the hot tub.
That’s the email for the manager because the phone goes directly to the front counter. I didn’t take photos of the horrible place because I Stone had hopes that they were going to fix the situation.

Found at check in our room was given away to another guest due to lack of verification of ID/Guest info.. First room we were placed in had white stains on the couch and found a fairly large cockroach climbing on the cabinet. Hallways reek of cigarette smoke, even though clearly marked "no smoking" all over. We were moved to a new room that was ok (no bugs found) since it was late and no options close by allowing pets.. Property does not look like the pictures posted online when booking the stay. Overall disappointed. There is a sign in lobby stating they are remodeling so hopefully they will make needed improvements.

After checking in and going to the room, the room assigned had not been cleaned, so I had to go and get another room. The breakfast was good, and Wyndham is doing a pretty good job with keeping the hotel
