The breakfast was great, they may have been short staffed, I was on the third floor and the elevator was always stinky and very dirty, the carpet looked nice but had not been vacuumed for a month, in front of my room was a fingernail and lots of stuff all throughout the hall, I told the desk to let them know it needed vacuuming up there we stayed 4 days and it never got vacuumed. The room was roomy and great, but very dirty kitchen. Smelled like pets. I bought air freshener to hide the smell.

Everybody wants the same thing with a hotel…cleanliness. This place mixed the mark with that one! ***Pulled out couch has a condo in it, asked to change rooms but they said nothing was available. Their fix was giving us a clean flat sheet. WTH! Needless to say we had to deal with cleaning this up ourself. ***Finger nail trimming in kitchen cabinet *** Holes all over in curtains *** Gym has no towels or sanitizer ***Front lobby area sanitizer was empty ***Breakfast, there’s a reason it’s free…eggs were out then we heard the microwave timer being set🙄 ***Potatoes were hard ***Waffles were wet inside, couldn’t get them cooked all the way through without burning them. ***Toaster handle had to be held down to cook Hopefully I can post pictures….

We choose this hotel due to proximity to relatives. It's not the fanciest place, and shows some signs of wear & tear, but rooms are clean, comfortable, and affordable, which is all we need when attending family gatherings nearby. We appreciate the kitchenettes, since we're often bringing potluck items that need to be heated or refrigerated. We also appreciate the slightly-larger-than-usual size of the rooms (good for families). We've stayed a couple times and would stay again.

The room was fine but the staff was very rude. Especially the breakfast staff; my boyfriend andI waited for the other patrons to finish making their plethora of waffles and finally when the waffle maker became available, the attendant came and unplugged/ dismantled things right as we were about to use it. Because of this, I honestly wouldn’t stay again. We were the last two people in there and had been waiting at least 20 mins for the other people ahead of us to finish.
