Modern spacious room. Great breakfast. Loved that hot dishes varied a bit each day. Didn't like that the alarm on the clock radio went off at 6 am. I've had this happen to me before at other hotels. I really think housekeeping should be sure the alarm is off after a guests checks out of the hotel. The ceilings are not sound proof at all. Don't know what the people on the 3rd floor were doing but they were up very early doing what sounded like laps in the room.

Room spotless, staff nice. Lots of noise in parking lot and outside door at night, which was disturbed sleep. Terrible decaf Keurig coffee. Too much plastic (plastic cups individually wrapped with plastic, Keurig cups, etc.) and no recycling bin. Breakfast was good and would have been very good if there had been butter pats for the English muffins.

When I got to the hotel from ordering the room or paying for the room fully through hotels.com got here to check in six hours later just for them to say they don’t have it or my information they have my information but trying to charge me the second time after I paid it already my receipt won’t work show them that my email confirmation didn’t work showed him that waste of money.

My husband and I stayed her with our 4 teens for one night. The room was a little smaller than I was thinking, but we had enough room. It was very quiet, super clean and didn't smell bad like some hotels can. The beds were comfortable; however the hideaway couch had a super thin mattress which was very uncomfortable. The blanket provided for the hideaway was very scratchy and reminiscent of a hospital blanket. The staff was friendly and polite. There was alot of selections for breakfast and it was fresh. My kids were disappointed that the pool was closed, something we didn't know when we booked.
