Really nice and frendly staff. Area is good to walk around. Very close to the Golden 1 for concerts. Very convenient. And close to restaurants and bars at the old town Sacramento. Good to getting a bit and eat or drinks and checking out the historical stuff.

Dated hotel. Plumbing (toilet) was broken, the side access doors to the mall were blocked off. Parking is limited and expensive on site. Breakfast option at $30/pp for a standard (inexpensive) buffet is crazy. Desperate need for renovations.

3 of the 4 elevators were not working. the hotel was sold out, with lines of people waiting for a elevator. Room was clean and very basic. Hard time sleeping with the Interstate noise.

Came for a concert at golden 1 center and this is the place to stay! Close, easy walk, a bit outdated but clean and tidy.
