The rudest greeting I have ever received from an establishment. From the front desk to the valet, they were angry people with zero interest in providing service. Fortunately, the morning brought new people who were happy and cordial. It was otherwise a great location and hotel, but first impressions matter in the "hospitality" business.

We booked our room the night before but weren’t able to check in until the next day and our room was paid however when we went to check in we were told our room was given to someone else because we didn’t check in the night before even though we already paid for our room.

Cute and clean. Had trouble with the heater but called the front desk and someone came up a few minutes later to check on it and got it working. Valet does cost. The breakfast is decent and the dining room is beautiful.
