A lovely stay in Sacramento

We loved the hotel, it’s decorated very nice, feels clean and welcoming. We loved the breakfast service in the Star Lounge on the third floor (we also had a good burger and great cocktails there the night before.) The staff was very accommodating. They provided us with some of our basic supplies that we forgot. It was so nice not to have to look for a convenient store nearby for those things. On a not so fabulous note, the hotel is located across from a hospital and the second night we were there, a helicopter came in for a landing at the hospital and it definitely woke us up. Nothing the hotel can do about that due to its location. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Old world welcoming charm, modern,clean &covenient

Night front desk was awesome, super disappointed about not having valet for big vehicles, nor for handicapped big vehicles but your staff was super helpful and accomodating. I cannot say enough about the night host. Your breakfast was delicious and fresh and the old world charm with modern amenities and SPOTLESS guest rooms were welcome.

Gorgeous refurbished old building and done extremely well. SUPER friendly and helpful staff. The morning breakfast could be run a little more smoothly. Was also disappointed when wanting to enjoy the restaurant and it was unexpectedly closed to the public for an event that was last minute and not announced to hotel guests. That was VERY disappointing as it was late and very few options in the area, in fact, most were already shutting down. Ended up having a Arco AM/PM hotdog. They definitely need to get their s*&# together on THAT part! But the rooms were lovely.
