I booked a stay November 1st-3rd through this app the hotel told me they only got me on there from the 1st-2nd that they didn’t get the other payment from hotels.com so I had to additionally pay a extra amount to stay until the 3rd and now it’s been 48 hours with no resolution to my problem that they caused they still haven’t compensated me for that. Bs smh.

Very sweet and helpful front desk staff. Our room was very nice but could have been cleaned better. Stains on floor and dirt in the corner. Shuttle driver in the early morning was amazing- my daughter left her phone and it was promptly returned. I would definitely stay here again as the location is extremely close to SMF without having the airport noise
