We got into the airport late night and they were very accommodating to send a shuttle for us. The next day we needed a shuttle to go pick up our rental car and they very nicely took us directly to the rental car center. Front desk was very nice both on check-in and checkout. Breakfast is really nice.

This property and our room was very clean, updated, staff was friendly and had a nice breakfast area & bar/seating throughout the lobby. If you’re arriving late, as we did, be aware of limited parking spaces in the lot (we parked in an adjacent hotel lot due to no spaces available) and the deposit for incidentals was much higher than I have paid at other hotels ($75/night) and was an unexpected surprise when prompted the total for the stay. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay and would stay here again.

If you like very noisy maintenance employed Letting doors slam at 11, 11:35,12,12:30 and 1 am waking you up after asking the front desk about it. And sand paper toilet paper and $1:50 sand paper towels after your shower. This is the place for you 👍. I expected ALOT better from Hyatt

The first day, housekeeping only did the bathroom, nothing else. So I requested that we have full housekeeping the next day and the front desk agent assured me it would be done. Imagine our shock to return that night to a room where no cleaning had been done. We travel to Sacramento several times a year but will find a better hotel.

Nice overall

It was a very busy and noisy lobby when I arrived. Only one person was working the counter and she was having to deal with a rude individual, so there was an unnecessary wait for those of us in line. It was Friday early evening, I expected more staff ant that time. Our room was clean. Large parking lot with plenty of parking. Only complaint was the fact that I could hear the people in the room above us walking around…late at night. I travel a lot and have come to expect that kind of noise from old motels but not from new hotels. I expect better insulation and sound proofing. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.
