It’s a clean and comfortable hotel. I like Hyatt hotels and this was no exception. I didn’t particularly like the area but it is close to the airport. The breakfast was ok.

We thought that there was a complimentary breakfast included. This was not so. The pool was not as nice as presented in photos. The airport shuttle ran every half hour, but you needed to schedule it, and it was not flexible to respond.

Our stay was great aside from breakfast not being included despite being told it was at check-in. I was even willing to pay for the breakfast if it was better than other hotels but it was your standard affair. Not great form and should be advertised as a paid breakfast, not free.

Threshold was busted! No soap! Not enuff towels! Is it a Jew thing that the maids do not clean ur room automatically if you stay more than one night? Or is this a California or Sacramento or Hyatt thing??!?!

It was a new property. Rooms were clean and neat. However room #306 didn't have a microwave.it is not normal for a room not to have blackout drapes?

Nice hotel but bad parking spots ( narrow )

Very happy with the modern looking room , nice and clean . My negative about it is the shower head for a very nice looking shower barely trickled out . Great water pressure from the sink though . Staff was very nice and helpful . The parking stalls are extremely narrow and I got a few doors dings from non attentive drivers opening their doors and not caring ! Had zero door dings until now ! Really pissed if about that . The location was easy on and off to interstate 5 and 99 .
