We`re here for you via phone or message. Self-check-in is a breeze.

This cozy home offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds plus an additional living room/office with a sofa bed. Sleeps 5 people. Full kitchen w/ dishwasher. Laundry room w/ washer and dryer. And we can`t forget the private backyard with a HOT TUB HAVEN!!

Our home also features a dedicated workspace for our remote workers.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking in the driveway.

Our property is very close to UC Davis Medical Center.

■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. ■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped with everything we needed. The little touches — like xmas lights outside and xmas decorations inside — made it feel warm and inviting. The location was convenient to UCDavis, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and we’d happily return on our next trip.

Pleasant house in a great location

This house is comfortable and well-appointed. The beds are great and the kitchen has everything needed for meal preparation. The best thing about the house is its location, especially if you need to go to the UC Davis Medical Center. It is an easy ten minute walk to the main hospital and just a few more minutes to reach other facilities such as the Cancer Center or Eye Center. For leisurely walks the surrounding neighborhood is scenic and safe.

Perfect weekend getaway.

Our stay at this property was amazing! The host was very communicative and responsive about questions prior to check in. The house was spotless and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a warm and cozy stay I recommend you book this property. I would definitely be staying here again.
