It's a smaller La Quinta but nice & clean. Courtney at the front desk was Very welcoming, friendly & informative about dining options. .Elixia went the extra mile to get us extra coffee filters for our room coffee. . We a lways appreciate the pet friendly rooms..,we had a king room that was very clean. The room had a desk with chair & upolstered chair with ottoman, microwave & fridge. Had plenty of floor space for the dog crate. We were cozy & warm. Appreciated the 24/7 coffee in the lobby. I Went to a Hilton last year that only offered coffee in the rooms, not lobby. Breakfast- was ok. Hard boiled eggs, sausage & bacon. . Didn't miss powered eggs. had yogurt, cold cereals, Several breads & pastries & a waffle maker. The cream cheese & the butter was imitation. We were thankful to have a breakfast tho.

It was in a very convenient location to UC Davis, however, 2 groups of adolescents checked in, were pretty loud. I’m a light sleeper so I wore ear plugs but could still hear them. I think people who aren’t told when they make their reservations that these loud groups will be there should get a discount and those groups should pay for it.

We stayed here because of the location and it's distance to the Davis Stampede run start/finish. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Family said breakfast was good as well. Would happily stay here again.
