Low budget

When we arrived there was a line. When it was my turn, the employee stated they were fully booked. He was the only one working with a fully booked hotel. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub, as only two in the area have hot tubs, turns out since we broke 6 months ago, they covered up the hot tub and recently updated the hotel description. We contacted the hotels concierge and hotels.com neither would even give a discount for false advertisement. The elevator buttons are hit and miss. The carpet in the room was old and dirty. The luggage cart didn't fit in the room with luggage on it. It was VERY loud and dirty if you are on the north side of the property. Def low budget hotel only, wish I would have known before, can't believe Wyndham put their name on this property.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Excellent bed. However the shower was awful. Water pressure was bad and it was either freezing cold or super hot. No in between. Made for a bad experience.

Great place to stay for spots/competitions/tournaments! Dance mom here and we stayed here after a long drive and longer night. Breakfast availability was the best! Saves us time and money. Brooksfied restuarant right across the way-the delivery truck backing up woke us up in the morning, but we had to get up anyways.

It’s very noisy at night. You can hear the highway noise very clearly, and cars are racing on it. The hotel window can’t block the sound from the highway.

Stay Dates: April 24–28, 2025 Our recent stay at the La Quinta Inn in Rancho Cordova, CA, was deeply disappointing and concerning on multiple levels. From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness and safety of the property were clearly unacceptable. The condition of the hotel interior was extremely poor. The carpets, walls, windows, and mirrors were visibly dirty. On the third floor, there was a strong and persistent smell of urine in the hallway that extended into our room. The baseboards were caked with grime, and the carpets and furniture were badly stained—some with what appeared to be crusted food or bodily fluids. Most alarming were the cockroaches we found in our room and in the dining area near the lobby—an issue we have documented with photos. Additionally, we witnessed non-guests entering the hotel and helping themselves to the complimentary breakfast, only to be asked to leave after it was confirmed they had no reservation. This raises significant concerns about guest safety and hygiene. Though the staff were courteous, they informed us that due to full occupancy, they were unable to move us to another room. The hotel was filled with what appeared to be large groups of college students, who were disruptive. The elevators were unsafe, shaking and bouncing noticeably. Despite this, we were told the stairwells were inaccessible. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have had, and I would strongly urge others to reconsider staying at this property.
