This modern one-bedroom, one-bathroom loft in the heart of Downtown Sacramento is elegantly designed with contemporary and stylish furniture. This 6th-floor loft has concrete flooring, European-styled balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and plenty of amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, open courtyards with seating and grills, and a media room.
The loft is within walking distance of dining, entertainment, shopping, and parks. Being only one block away from DOCO and the Golden One Center, and a street over from the K Street strip, you'll be in the heart of everything at our 800 J Street loft. This is the perfect place for those looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of California's Capital.
The loft is close to many downtown located Hospitals being only a couple of blocks from Kaiser on J, 8 minutes from Sutter Medical Center, 15 minutes from Mercy Hospital, and 20 minutes to UC Davis Medical Center.
There is a Queen size bed and a pull-out twin couch in the living room and plenty of extra pillows and blankets to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom is stocked with Organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as plenty of clean folded towels for you to use. The open-concept kitchen is equipt with stainless steel appliances: a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and oven as well as silverware, dishes, pots, pans, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The loft also includes an in-unit washer and dyer free for you to use during your stay.
Enjoy at-home entertainment with our Smart TV's located in the bedroom and living room and have access to all your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Starz, and Gaia. There is free, private wifi for you to use during your stay (User and Password provided upon stay).
You will have access to a private garage located off of 8th street.
