Room was dirty, shower door was falling off hinges, bed was dirty, one towel and one wash cloth in the room, people fighting and partying outside all night till 4am with small children playing in the parking lot unattended. This is not a safe place and shouldnt be on hotels.com. I would appreciate a full refund or credit to my account
