The room looked clean and the beds were neat. However, there was a smell that was like that of homeless people who have not showered for days. I also saw a few cockroaches (or other bugs) in the bathroom area. There are nearby restaurants and a grocer, and the freeway is very close. This location is convenient for travel. I did not use laundry service and my interaction with the staff was minimal but okay.

Room was clean, but the property was VERY dirty, trash everywhere on the parking and walkways of the hotel. Also I accidentally forgot my pillow in the room, called same day, and they told me my pillow has been thrown away. That was my favorite pillow. Also location didn’t seem too safe.

I have stayed here several times and it has been consistently good. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and you can't beat the price. Its also nice to have Ihop, Carl's Jr and Taco Bell all right net door.

Tv didn’t work …. Toilet didn’t work … called front office several times , was told the manager (Maria ) would get back to me . Never did !!! I called several times days after the one night stay to talk to Maria but was only told she wasn’t in . Oh ,also , when I checked in the girl at the front desk was very rude , not only to me but to a taxi driver that walked in to ask her a question.
