Our room smelled like cigarettes and the solution was an almost empty bottle of febreeze from the front desk. Couch cushion were ripped open and we found hair all throughout the shower. Buttons on the air conditioner didn't work so we finally gave up

Extremely friendly staff, hotel not in great shape and location also not great. Stopped here on a long car trip so was a fine place for the price to rest our heads for the night but wouldn’t really recommend.

The staff member could not find record that Expedia had paid the hotel for our stay - even though I was able to show proof that Expedia had been paid. As a result, they would not give us our room. I had to pay for the room a second time in order to check in. I received a phone message later saying that the second payment would be refunded; however, I am still waiting for the credit appear on my statement. I was very disappointed in BOTH the hotel AND Expedia for this problem, which was between the two of them, and should NOT have affected my check in. Lee Lubin
