Was pretty good considering the price and the area.
Window was busted and taped to hold it together, firealarmnwasntneven on, office staff was very rude, room wasn't even cleaned, no towels or anything like that. Was a nightmare only be told I have to leave . Now I don't even get my refund back from Expedia...
Thanks Expedia you aren't great either.

Had a incident on 1/2/2026 @9pm
I made reservations around 5pm and came to check in at 9pm after work. I was giving double beds when I only wanted 1 bed ..can't complain about that I did have my husband and child with me, I notice my room had no fridge and I had groceries I went downstairs and kindly asked for a fridge I was shoo-ed and was told " he'll be right there" ..about 30mins later I go downstairs to make sure I wasnt forgotten about cuz it been quite some time now. I see he's annoyed that I'm still asking about the fridge this time I tell him I'll wait in the lobby this time . He then goes on and says he's busy and he's the only one for the night shift ( which I don't get what that has anything to do with my request for a fridge and he was scrolling on his phone as I approached the lobby counter) long story short he was getting loud with me and talking over me making all these excuses why it was taking so long for a fridge and was informed that I would have to wait to the next day!! ( Mind you I was going to be there for two days and my whole night was already wasted in the lobby) . I did end up receiving my fridge by 11:40PM!!! I never had a problem with the place or the staff before but customer service needs to be highly worked on that's it and that's all thanks for your time .

No towels, single blanket on bed, no remote for tv and barely 5 channels worked with the buttons. Horrible place
Had to pay for a deposit which left me broke, only had one towel with stains on it and had to go to Walmart to buy some, room didn’t have any sheets or blankets on it. Complained to the front desk. He switched me to another room with stained blankets and sheets. Horrible
