Some of the prior reviews made me hesitant to book but I am glad I did. The front desk staff were so great and helpful. Addressing some reviews, yes they allow pets, yes the bathrooms were clean, yes the beds have a metal box spring and the mattress isn't superior but it was clean and comfortable, the TV (plural there were 2) worked, I paid an additional 10 bucks for two queens with a wet bar and the room set up had the wet bar counter between the beds which was a nice feature and afforded a little bit of privacy. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked, and the fresh fruit was truly fresh. I did overhear someone complaining that the chair in their room was broken, it was a little unreasonable to complain after 11 pm at night after maintenance has left for the day. Don't hesitate about the bad reviews, communicate timely with front desk, they are super good. A reasonable car/Uber ride to Thunder Valley.This room was a good value and we were happy with it.

I'd stay here again.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I was able to check in earlier than 3 pm which was helpful. My only negative was the Heating. There was cold air rushing in from under the heating unit. I had to run the heater more than I normally would.

The side doors were propped open so it was unsafe. I didn’t sleep all night. A party go on next door where they came in and out. No blanket on bed.

The room we were in was a bit dated but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was on par with other hotels that offer complimentary breakfast. The price was right and the staff was very kind, efficient and friendly. I could stay here again.

For what it was, it was decent. I just wish they were clear about their room cleaning policy. We were there for 5 nights, and it wasn’t until I asked on the third night if someone could make up our rooms and provide fresh towels. Nevertheless, they were nice about it and took care. Room had a funny smell and there were several guests who were stomping around upstairs and being too friendly each time we exited the building.

At first we had the suite and loved it for a budget hotel. The staff was very good. It seemed they had a bit to deal with at times. We had a little mix up with our reservation and the manager was very professional, friendly and fixed the issue immediately.
