The staff are excellent and attentive. The rooms are clean and don’t stink. Bathroom is clean and showers work great with hot water at all times. You can’t beat the price. Breakfast is loaded with Eggs, Sausage, Waffles, and much more. Although the area isn’t the best - you can tell the owner and staff do their best to keep up on the cleanliness of the property. I have had no problems whatsoever and I am very critical of where I stay for longer than one night. This is easily the best hotel in Sacramento without having to pay $120 a night on top of a deposit. Highly recommended.
