Good luck

Should I start with the lack of a bathroom in the lobby when I was checking in after a 4 hour drive? Sorry I wasn't in a great mood to "please wait." Then the drive around gave me concern that my vehicle was NOT safe. Or the sink faucet handle broken off? I think that's the point I decided I would never be back here, and hope I can walk my dog safely here at night for last wizzes before bedtime.

Overall pleased

Staff was nice. The stay was great. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental which was good. I didnt get to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi. I was disappointed to find out that there was no laundry onsite even though its listed as having "laundry facilities". The smart tv didn't allow us to watch any streaming apps and maintenance staff were not available.

My daughter's room had no linen or towels when they arrived. Nothing they could do until the next day. Linen was not changed. When inquired, you have to fill out a form to request room service but they don't tell you that when you arrive. Clean socks ended dark from being in the room walking. Will not use again.

Checking in was quick and easy. The young woman at the desk was friendly and efficient. The first room we were checked in to had a non working TV and we were given another room. In the second room the bathtub did not have a tub stopper, so a bath was not possible. The area around the registration office was clean. When we drove to the back of the hotel were our room was, the parking area was very dirty and trash all around.

Quick stay may be ok

No hot water, requested to be moved to another unit. Staff is not the friendliest. Other guests can get loud, even late into the night. Simple complimentary breakfasr.

The bathroom is clean. The door jam coming into the hotel was broken. The facet was broken. The hairdryer was broken. The outlet plugs were broken. The bed had holes in the sheets and also very lumpy like they did patch worked it together. The heater leaked, but the tv worked.

There was a dog fight at this property in the room the headboard had holes in it. There was nothing to eat around this hotel. They refused to refund me I would not recommend staying here.

Room & facility was very clean. Microwave & fridge in room. Hot breakfast. Affordable. Was given wrong room key at check in, resulting in opening room door to other guests while they were sleeping. Embarrassing encounter for us and scary for them.
