When we checked in, it was late and you couldn’t use the lobby. A man was giving the clerk the hardest time by being rude and belligerent. I felt really bad for the clerk and wished we were on the other side of the glass with him. It was noisy from other guests. Some were up before 7am making entirely too much noise for that time of day. I felt like if I wanted to do something about the noise, the best option would be to call the police instead of the front desk. It was clean. For me and my daughter, there weren’t enough covers on the bed. And there were no additional blankets in the room. There was no phone to call the front desk and I certainly wasn’t going back to the front desk to request more blankets. There were no outlets close the beds. The ones under the TV did not work. So had to use outlets in the bathroom

Staff at the front desk had terrible attitude and mumbled under her breath "that she can't stand people". Person living in there car right infront of our room door. They had trash all around and underneath there car. They were just idling there car all night and smoking. Cars kept coming in and out the property at odd hours of the night honking. Could hear arguing during the night as well. Honestly seemed like a very unsafe environment and would not recommend anyone staying there.

Had a 4 day reservation and had to check out on the second day due to room having bedbugs , additionally a lot of illegal activity all over the hotel , room wasn’t cleaned and dirty . Doors did not close properly so all the cold air came in . Worse experience and hotel I have stayed .

Denied my prepaid reservation with the claim that the virtual card had not been sent. After contacting hotels.com for assistance, the site's phone number only went to voicemail. Over 15+ years, and hundreds of bookings with hotels.com I have never had this experience before.

EXCELLENT!

Everything was clean y comfortable, but the outside of the hotel, trash everywhere! Inside de room was very clean. We liked our room, but outside, not much.
