This property is located on a main street, offering incredibly easy access to the freeway—just a quick 1-2 minute drive to multiple freeways heading in every direction. The property has two units, both units have private entrance and no shared space. Self-check-in any time after 3pm. Same-day reservation and last-minute booking are welcome.

1. Prime Location: This property is conveniently located close to Downtown Sacramento, Golden 1 Center, Sacramento State University and Discovery Park. Despite its proximity to the freeway, it’s nestled in a quiet and safe area with a long private driveway. You’ll enjoy peace in the room with no street noise.

2. Cozy Space: Enjoy a spacious king-size bed and a comfortable queen-size bed, with a large 55-inch Smart TV in each room, and high-speed WiFi. The space also includes a cozy sofa, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffeemaker(please note there is no kitchen in the unit). Step outside to your little patio, complete with an outdoor dining table—perfect for enjoying warm evenings surrounded by nature.

3. Ample Parking: This property has a spacious yard and there are two parking spots reserved for you. If your group has more than two vehicles, simply let me know and I will accommodate more parking spots for you.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Discovery Museum Science and Space Center. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a patio.
