ロビーに周辺店舗の紹介があるのが助かります。事前に調べて旅行にいったけど、「こんなお店もあったんだ！？行ってみよう！」という発見もありました。 お部屋が広くてスーツケースを広げたままにできました。 ミニキッチンがあるお部屋もあって一人暮らししていた時の部屋を思い出しました。調理器具や食器の貸し出しもしてくれるので、連泊自炊も出来ます。 製氷機があるのは夏場はとても助かります！ 大きめの氷がとても嬉しい。 大浴場もあって、旅の疲れをとるのに脚をのばして入れて気持ちよかった！ また機会があれば泊まりたい宿です。

親戚のお見舞いのために一泊しました。スタッフの方は笑顔で感じの良い方でした。お部屋は綺麗です。 残念な点は、部屋の浴室の蛇口が使いにくかったです。朝洗顔する時水の強さ調節ができず苦労しました。それから大浴場。部屋のテレビで混雑状況を見て行きましたが脱衣所が狭すぎてロッカー前で着替えてる方がいたのですが着替え終わるまで後ろに立って待ってました。お風呂から上がる方、ドライヤーしてる方がいると、立つ場所もなかったです。諦めて帰る人もいました。

以前の佐渡にはない便利なビジネスホテルホテル。場所は定番の両津や相川ではないが狭い島でレンタカーがあれば全く問題ない。難点は周囲の食事処が限られてること、ホテル内のレストランのキャパが小さく、夕食の混雑時に入れないことがあること。
