Worst hotel stay ever! Walls are paper thin! Heard every bodily function, TV, phone call, door slam, conversation from room next door! When I called front desk to complain, they were blase about it but they called the room. I asked if they could change me and they said they’re 100% occupancy which I found to be insincere; I think they didn’t want to go through that hassle. I barely slept at all in two nights!! I assume all rooms are like that and I refuse to stay at a La Quinta again!

Front desk staff here are always very accomodating. Hot tub was nice. Thank Goodness they got it fixed! Breakfast area is a little "off"...and no pastries left by the time we got there...bummer. Other than that? Great place to stay, comfortable beds!

I reserved 2 queen beds and was told to tell Expedia their website is wrong and that accessible rooms are not two beds, only one. So needless to say, I didn't get 2 beds. I was offered a room with a king bed and when I opened the door to the room, someone was in there sleeping. I was given a room already given to someone else. I was told they could not refund me since I paid through Expedia. I then booked a room next door t Days Inn Itinerary #H16343089, directly through their website. La Quinta never offered any kind of concession or even empathy. The person running the desk was overwhelmed and had a line of customers waiting to be helped. It was a mess.
