Das Gästehaus steht inmitten der Hirschfarm auf 1'100 m.ü.M am Eingang zum Safiental im Naturpark Beverin. Arezen ist mit dem Privatauto in ca. 6 Min. ab Versam erreichbar Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, ob mit dem Bike, den Skiern, Schneeschuhen oder zum Wandern, ins wunderschöne naturbelassene Safiental und den Naturpark. Auch der Swiss Grand Canyon (Vorderrheinschlucht) mit seinen imposanten Felsformationen ist für schöne Wanderungen und Wildwassersport in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einige Skigebiete sind in ca. 30 Fahrminuten erreichbar (Tenna erster Sollarskilift der Welt) 15 min., Flims/Laax 25 min., Obersaxen Mundaun Val Lumnezia 30 min., Brigels Waltensburg Andiast 35 min. Nichtraucher-Unterkunft. Haustiere auf Anfrage gestattet (Reinigung plus CHF 20.00). Das Hofeigene urchige Beizli, ist von Juni bis November jeden Freitagabend, Juli und August Donnerstag-und Freitagabend geöffnet, auf Anfrage wird für Gruppen gerne auch zu anderen Zeiten geöffnet und ein feines Menu gekocht.
