Caveat emptor!

Buyer beware! The owner changed our pricing by adding significant fees after we booked and paid blaming it on her assistant and then after our stay she took part of our deposit for no legitimate reason. Life is too short to deal with greedy unethical people like this! This owner does not appreciate how to provide high end service to the luxury rental market during peak summer season in the Hamptons. We tried to reach her by phone several times before, during and after our stay to resolve various matters and each time she would resort to cryptic texts instead of returning our calls. We liked Sag Harbor and the Hamptons in general and this home location is nice but save yourself some headache and find another property with a rational owner.
