WiFi, smart tv, grill. 2 miles to Sag Harbor Village and Long Beach(1.1 mile), Serene Green farm stand and Mashashimuet Park. Close to Bridgehampton and 7 miles to Sag Main ocean beach. The neighborhood is perfect for walking or biking.
This listing is for the entire house located on almost 1 acres in a residential centrally located neighborhood. It is private but not isolated. Close to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, park (with extensive children's area and tennis), and Serene Green farm stand (you could bike to any of these). The house has high ceilings, air-conditioning, two bedrooms, galley kitchen, separate dining area that seats 8, in unit washer/dryer, 55" LG smart tv, wrap around deck, enclosed outdoor shower. One bedroom has queen sized bed the other has two twin beds. Each bedroom has dresser and closet. Bedroom with two twin beds has tv. Outside has beautiful flower gardens, pergola, small pond, bbq and table and chairs for dining. There is a driveway alarm for added safety.
