スタッフさんも親切で、シャンプーとコンディショナーを選べて良かったです。 大浴場の人数制限があり、混みやすいので、入る時間は考えた方が良いかもしれません。 あと、マットレスが、結構固いので、腰痛持ちの私には少しツラかったです笑 でも、シングル利用しましたが、部屋は広かったです。 お世話になりました。 ありがとうございました。 お世話になりました。

ホテル内の設備・客室・大浴場など 全体的の清掃が行き届いていてきれいなのが良かったです。少し残念なのは朝食で、バイキング形式ででしたが 保温されていないものが多く、おいしさが半減しているように感じましした。欲を言えばおかずからデザートまで品数がもう少しあるとうれしいですね。

自由に飲めるコーヒー、緑茶、紅茶のそれぞれホットとアイスがあったのは良かったです。チェックイン時間のすぐに行っても、敷地内の駐車場は満車で、離れた第3駐車場に停めました。そこも、夜21時頃にはいっぱいになっていましたので、かなり人気があるホテルなのだなと思いました。時間制ではありますが、大きなお風呂もあり、とても快適に過ごせました。また相模原に寄る機会がありましたら、ぜひ利用したいです。
