I reserved a 2 twin beds to my family (4 people), however they offered 2 single beds. It was late night and my 2 daughters were sleepy, and the hotel mentioned that Expedia was not describing the details but for that hotel twin bed means single bed… I have never seen a twin bed becoming a single bed. A terrible experience.
