Downhill

This hotel is clearly under new ownership/management since our last stay. It was very loud with screaming kids at the bottom of the stairs when we were trying to sleep(11 at night). The pool was over coordinated and while the hot tub worked, it is in VERY rough shape and needs repairs. Did not have much of a breakfast available either. Only cereal, waffles and yogurt.

You get what you pay for! We went cheap and we definitely got it. Mold in the bathroom, carpets were very dingy and i would not allow my kids to walk on it barefoot. Exterior door into hotel that should have been locked was duct taped so that it wouldn't lock and would slam shut everytime someone went in or out. Our room was very close to that exterior door so it was very loud and disruptive. Pool and hot tub were available but due to overuse, were very murky. Towels were available but were just thrown on the shelf, not folded. So I wasn't sure if they were clean or dirty. Breakfast was very limited. Waffles, yogurt, toast, bagel, muffin, cereal. We will be spending a little more next time and upgrading to a cleaner facility.

Kids and adults loud in the hall. Kids running up and down the hall/lobby yelling and carrying on, adults talking loudly, dog barking. Shower curtain dirty, room needed painted, TV was on when we walked into room, door had patched holes all over it. Looked like a crime scene!

We will not return. Floors were very dirty (see attached pic). There were clothes in the closet from a previous guest. There was no hot water the evening when we arrived. There was a large yellow stain on our bedding. We were very unhappy

Smelled like smoke and weed. They moved our room but it was still gross. We stayed here for 1 night to break up our drive because of bad weather. I would never stay here again...I would rather sleep in my car.

Work on progress.

The beds had debri ,hair and crumbs in them. Ants in the bathroom. Chris the property supervisor was great and very accommodating. But the facilities he has to over see is in rough condition. I wish him well and hope to see this place make a turnaround.

Hot tub doesnt and apparently hasnt worked in years. Rooms were not as clean as they should have been and there was a large bug on the wall of our room when we walked in. There were loud obnoxious guest hanging out in the halls all night and no one said a word to them. You could see dust on the fans and mold on the ceiling where the roof was leaking.

It was a nice hotel we mainly booked it for the hottub but when we got there it was closed down due to cleaning I’m assuming, it did say on their website but Expedia did not show that. The heater/Ac squeaked a lot and so did the shower if you ran it on warm water, the bathroom fan was loud and sometime squealed as well but other than that it was a great hotel, free breakfast with many options. I will say the pool area was nice too just wish Expedia would’ve shown the notice about the hottub
