Stayed for a weekend get away and it was clean and staff was friendly, beds were comfortable breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom had a tub that was peeling, the shower curtain was nasty and they don't clean well, because there was pubic hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. Very thin walls. You hear everything. Will not be going back.

No way should this have gotten 8 stars! Checking in, we had a woman with RBF. She was definitely pissed when we wanted a 1st floor room instead of us two old ladies trying to drag our suitcases upstairs (no elevator). Then our keys didn't work so we had to trudge back to reception. RBF woman wasn't there (no one was). No bell to get attention. I had to yell for someone and she came out and said she was doing laundry. I said you should have a bell. She said we do (no bell). Beds were comfortable but bathroom was extremely worn. Tub was peeling, metal Kleenex box rusted and empty, no sink stopper. Wooden dowel to "lock" the window ...on the ground floor. Did not try the breakfast

Wish you had an elevator. My wife has great difficulty on stairs and you were unable to get us a room on the first floor. Appreciated you only charged $20 for our dog. Most places it is 50.

It was later in the evening, and we were tired, the bed was missing a cover on the duvet, the sheets were on upside down as the tags were in the front, the pillows were as flat as could be, and when held up in the air would bend in half. There was one small luggage rack in the room, no chair and an extremely small table by one side of the bed. The hotel room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures that are listed online, very deceiving.

The hotel was good enough for what we paid. It looked like some of it had been renovated but the hallways and rooms were musty. We were on the ground floor and the window had a wooden stick in the track, I assume so no one could slide it open from outside. They need replacing.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The bed and pillows were really comfy. The air conditioner really didn't keep the room cool and it was all the way on the lowest setting. There wasn't a end table on each side of the bed. Face of alarm clock was missing so didn't know what settings were. Not really to much of a biggie. Just used my phone for alarm .. The biggest problem was when I was sleeping and a bug ran over my arm then to see it again and it was a bug with long antennas. I squashed it and left for hotel to see. I never saw a cockroach before but I was thinking thats what it was. I was so creeped out, checking the room out in the middle of the night. Then next morning, I saw another one one entertainment center. I made sure I checked out all of our bags before leaving for and more of them. This is very disappointing because this hotel has been used in the past and several years ago also.

It was a quick trip up North to shop and this hotel was perfect for our needs! Clean,comfortable,accessible to resturants and shops. Easy on and off the expressway.

People loitering in parking lot in car smoking drugs. Unsecured entry door in rear is open to anyone walking off the street to enter. I felt unsafe entering in the evening. No signage making the rental desk/office obvious, making it difficult to locate. I drove around the building 3 times trying to figure it out. Room was clean but old and run down. Towels felt like sand paper & not soft at all. Front desk clerk on Monday night was very helpful when replacing my lost room key.

The owner should be ashamed. Maybe they are trying to fool guests that arrive and see newer paint on exterior and updated lobby, only to be horrified when they enter their room. We were hit by a bad musty smell upon opening our room door and when I turned on the hvac unit for heat and airflow, a new bad smell filled the room. It was from burnt dust due to lack of maintenance on the unit. The bed linens seemed clean, only the mattress was badly worn out and caused pain. The bathroom seemed like the 1970s and wasn’t the cleanest. The faucets were very old and corroded. Flies appeared the first night, likely due to the sink drain. Gross!

The room seemed decent when we got into it, but within a few hours my daughter found a couple roaches in the bathroom and then several came out from under the mini fridge. We up and left and the staff at the front desk was not helpful at all.

We cancelled within minites of checking in. The mattress did not have a mattress cover to protect mattress and guests. The bathtub was peeling, 2 difdlferent colors. These 2 issues made us very nervious. We were able to find a room at another hotel and cancelled our reservation. Front desk staff told us all the tubs wwre that way. She was very understanding and didnt charge us for cancelling. No pool, but it had a hot tub. No elevator. Again, staff was wonderful. We don't understand how the management can take reservations for rooms in that condition.
