The staff didn’t tell me that I couldn’t not access the room from the outside door and gave me a key card that was declined three times, they gave a tool to another party next door to try and unlock their door with the inside child lock in place instead of investigating the problem and telling parties to only access their rooms from the hallway doors

First room we got was still dirty from previous guests, dirty towels and garbage, bed still messy. Went down and the lady at the front desk was extremely apologetic and sincere and offered free upgrade. Went to second room and was met with a god awful odour in the room very damp and musty … dirty around the tub, toilet and sink. Stains on the bed and what looked to be some kind of excrement smeared on the wall beside the mirror. We left and asked for a refund. Once again lady at the desk was very apologetic and put in for a full refund. Will be following up with Expedia and hotel to make sure we get our refund.
