The room was modern and the staff was polite with exceptional work ethic and helpfulness. The issues we had were that the hot water didn't work in the shower and the insulation between floors wasn't done properly when built so we could hear every single step someone took in the room above us.

The staff was very helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi was nice. The only problem was finding the place of Tiffany Wasey Road because there’s no signs you almost have to see the building from up in the sky. See the sign Holiday Inn behind Denny’s. Otherwise there’s no entrance signs it was confusing where you turn into

Friendly staff, comfortable room

To start it took nearly a hour to check into my room, they have a new system and it was giving them trouble. There were probably about a dozen other people waiting to check in for the same reason. They had to copy my credit card (makes me a bit nervous, but they said it was destroyed after they logged it for incidental charges) and never did give me a room key the entire trip. However, by the time they did get around to checking me in, they decided to give me a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite for my trouble. They also said I could take any drink/ snack from their store but I declined as I already had dinner. The room was great! Lots of space, clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was pretty big too and can get very hot. In the morning the breakfast was the usual holiday inn express spread; omletes, potatoes, sausage, biscuts and gravy, pancakes,... ect, and it was all tasty. The staff the whole trip was super friendly and apologetic about the wait times/ not being able to give me a key.

Loved our stay!

We had an awesome time at the Holiday Inn Express Saginaw, Michigan.The people were friendly and helpful are room was really nice. We had a great time in the pool and loved the hours it was open and closed. I would stay there again and bring my family and friends.

We couldn't find the place, it had no sign. Then we were charged $250 deposit for our room. I never had to do that before. Now I just wait to get my money back. I did like the Dove products and the beds were comfortable.

When booking through Expedia at this hotel the security damage deposit is unusually high.....probably going to change our mind on booking 3 or 4 different places in a week.... mainly because it takes 3-4-5 days to get the security back and that will certainly add up on "holds" on the Visa ..... this high rate is apparently for 3rd party bookings

They tried to make us pay a $250 deposit, then dropped it down to $50 when they saw we weren't local. It's been two weeks still no refund on my card. There were people standing around in groups that just made you feel uncomfortable. During breakfast police and ambulance showed up. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.
