Pricey for subpar room

Front desk clerks were great, especially the one at check in! Tv wasn’t working and she came down and got it taken care of. The room itself left Much to be desired. Carpet was damp and the room smelled. The ac unit was almost falling off the wall and took a while to cool off since it was completely off when we checked in. No conditioner, only shampoo-odd. Breakfast and all staff I encountered were great! I’ve stayed at a newer SleepInn so that was the level I expected. I would not have booked had I known

The room smelled like dirty feet. The refrigerator whinned and squealed so loud we couldn't get any sleep until we unplugged. Also there is 2 people a female and male living out of they're car in the back parking lot by the designated smoking area.

The rooms are nice, the staff super-friendly. The breakfast was warm but mediocre. The wifi didn't work, which almost caused me to rate the stay at three stars since I had some online work to do.
