Eco-Friendly and Contemporary Charming Cottage

Located in Saillans, in the heart of the Drôme, our recently built charming cottage offers eco-friendly features for maximum comfort: wooden construction, straw insulation and earthen walls, double glazing, adjustable shutters, solar energy and water heater, oak flooring. With 50 m² of space, it can accommodate up to 5 or 6 guests. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with 2 bunk beds (90 cm each), and the other with a king-size bed that can be separated into 2 single beds (90 cm each) on request. The living room features a 160 cm sofa bed for 2 people, a large picture window, and a 20 m² terrace with exceptional views of the 3 Becs mountain. You have a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, fan, washing machine, dishwasher, baby bed, and high chair.



Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee. Cleaning is mandatory and payable on site.



The property is on one level. One parking space and a bike parking area are available. Public transport is nearby (train and buses 20 minutes on foot).



The lively, typical village of Saillans is a 15-minute walk away, with grocery stores, bookstore, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants, newsagent, art shop, clairette producer, a bustling Sunday market in summer, and a tourist office. Many activities are within walking distance: swimming and canoeing in the Drôme river, hiking or cycling.



Within an hour: Vercors mountains, Mont Ventoux, Romans-sur-Isère, Pierrelatte, Tain l'Hermitage, Die, and many other tourist sites. Numerous festivals and markets enliven the region in summer.
