We offer you a charming 70 m² house that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The house features a private, unheated pool, a garden, an open-air terrace, and a barbecue—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Bed linen and towels are included for your comfort.



For families, baby and children's equipment is available on request. Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Agnant, this recently renovated annex welcomes you year-round. Enjoy the enclosed, tree-filled grounds, the pool, and the peaceful setting. Please note that pets are allowed, but only small ones and upon request.



Saint-Agnant is a quiet village, ideally placed to explore the wonders of Charente-Maritime. Nearby, the historic town of Rochefort, famous for the Hermione and its royal rope factory, offers a fascinating dive into French maritime history.



Nature and beach lovers can easily reach the islands of Oléron, Ré, Madame, and Aix—all perfect for day trips. Whether you're interested in history, nature, or simply seeking tranquility, Saint-Agnant and its surroundings will charm you.
