Cottage completely redone in 2018, located in an old tobacco barn of a patiently renovated 17th century farm.
This very well equipped 2-room gite accommodates a couple, but a couple making a separate room or a group of 4 people can choose the option of a second bedroom located next to the first. All the rooms are directly accessible from the courtyard by a large French window.
For your comfort, the equipment is complete: television, Internet and Wifi, large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
In the bedroom, a 160 cm bed; sheets are provided as well as towels and included in the rental price. End of stay cleaning is offered to you if you return the gîte to normal condition.
Outside, 2 places to eat in the garden or in the courtyard; barbecue facilities are available. You have free access to the herb garden and the orchard. You can park one or two cars inside the property.
The estate is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, a quarter of an hour from Sarlat and the Lascaux cave. The main castles, the most beautiful villages are nearby. You can descend the Dordogne or Vézère by canoe or kayak and take your children to the many theme parks. Walkers will take advantage of numerous hiking trails, including a pass at the foot of the property.
From 2019, we offer you free shared access to the fitness room, now installed in the dovecote with panoramic views that we have just restored.
This cottage is offered without a pool. But if the large gite located on the other side of the property is unoccupied, we will be happy to let you take advantage of its private heated swimming pool - without increasing the price! This is generally the case outside school holidays, so take advantage!

This cottage offers its guests a fitness center, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
