3-star gîte for 2 to 6 guests, 65 m², adjoining the owners’ house but separated by an 80 cm thick wall (so you can make noise!), with private entrance and terrace on the opposite side from the owners.



Inside: living area with sofa bed, TV, dining space with fully equipped kitchen, solid oak table and benches. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), bathroom with shower, double sinks, and toilet. A fully secured mezzanine offers two single beds (90 cm). Extra bed and baby equipment available on request.



Amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, children’s games and DVDs, baby essentials (cot, high chair, potty, bathtub, toys), Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, fondue and raclette sets.



Perfect for families or couples—or both! Enjoy the 5x10 m covered pool (can be opened), heated by heat pump from mid-April to mid-October (weather permitting).



Take advantage of the 3,300 m² category 1 pond for “no kill” fishing (pike, carp, roach, gudgeon) and boat rides.



Access to the pond and pool is fully secured for children.



A 72 m² games room with ping-pong, foosball, billiards, gym equipment, electronic darts, and bar is available in a barn near the pool.



A semi-open shelter houses a 6-person spa and sauna with pond view, plus shower and toilet.



Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility and must be done before departure. For extra comfort, a cleaning package is available for an additional fee on request. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for an extra fee with prior reservation.
