The villa features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living and dining room. Air conditioning is available in the living room and the master bedroom.
You can relax in three bedrooms, each equipped with two queen-size beds and two single beds with wardrobes.


A pantry is available with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
No shared property. The swimming pool is reserved for rental purposes, with a grill and barbecue available. TV/Internet access is available throughout the apartment. Two fans are available. A shower room with toilet is located in the master bedroom, and a shared shower room with a separate toilet is located in the master bedroom.
Three parking spaces are available, one of which is covered. Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
