On this level, there is a bedroom with two 90cm beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, a comfortable 33m² dormitory has been fitted out with 4 90cm beds (possibility of an extra bed with an extra bed) and a complete bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Laundry room shared by both gîtes (washing machine & dryer) - parking on site in the municipal car park. In the heart of the village of St-André-d'Apchon, the gîte has direct access to the pretty municipal park and its amenities (city stadium, pétanque court, children's games, picnic table, etc.). The accommodation's location allows you to discover the charms of the Roanne region: numerous walks, bike rides, and horseback rides, as well as visits to charming villages and beautiful local markets.
