The cottage is located in a hamlet on the heights of Saint-Anthème, in a typical old farmhouse renovated with care and without any vis-à-vis. It is composed on the ground floor: - an open living room-kitchen with a fireplace with insert (wood provided) - a cellar to store cheese and other provisions - a laundry room - a separate toilet On the 1st floor: - a bedroom with a 140 bed - a bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed - a large bedroom with four 90 beds including two bunk beds (3 additional people accepted 35€/pers/week) (the top bed is prohibited for children under 6 years old) - a bathroom - a separate toilet Finally, the centerpiece: a magnificent green and flowery exterior with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature, garden furniture and barbecues. Carport (2 spaces), private parking. Small closed room that can accommodate bicycles, equipment, etc. Partially enclosed land.
