In a picturesque village in the Haute-Loire region, at the end of a cul-de-sac, Pascale and Kevin welcome you to Gîte du Couvent, a fully renovated character house. Combining old-world charm with a modern take on country style, this place promises a peaceful and convivial getaway.
Perfect for stays with family or friends, the gîte features spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen to delight your loved ones, four cozy bedrooms, including a family room with four beds, and two bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

At the front, there is parking for two vehicles. At the rear, a large enclosed garden invites you to relax, play games, or enjoy pleasant summer evenings around the barbecue.

Hike on the Mézenc plateau, explore the wild gorges of the Loire and Allier rivers, and swim in the crystal-clear waters of Lakes Bouchet, Issarlès, or Naussac. The region also abounds with heritage treasures: Romanesque churches, charming villages, and local specialties to savor.

50 kWh of electricity per day is included between June 1st and September 30th. Any higher consumption will be billed according to the meter reading.

The open-plan kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with a range cooker, fridge-freezer, utensils, food processors, and an abundance of pots and pans, opens onto a large, inviting dining table. The living area, arranged around a wood-burning stove, is perfect for relaxing after a beautiful day in nature.

At the rear, accessible from the living room, a terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue awaits you on sunny days. The large, enclosed garden offers an ideal space for gathering, playing, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. The terraces are positioned to provide both shady and sunny spots throughout the day.

Also on the ground floor are a convenient laundry room (with a washing machine and a second refrigerator) and a separate WC.

A wide staircase with a handrail leads to the upper floor, where you will find four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets:
• Two independent bedrooms, each with two single beds (80 cm wide) that can be joined together, flank the first bathroom.
• Two further independent bedrooms share a second separate bathroom with a shower: one with a double bed (140 cm wide), the other with two single beds (80 cm wide) that can be joined together and two bunk beds.
