Come and enjoy the gastronomy of the South-West and discover the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Seasonal rental in the Dordogne, in the heart of the PERIGORD VERT countryside.

130m2 house with private garden (500 m2) fully fenced. The latter, recently renovated, can accommodate up to 8 people (maximum). It is located in a calm environment ideal for family holidays and recharging one's batteries.
Close to all amenities and activities.
It has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite. TV, free WIFI, blu-ray DVD player. Three office spaces (2 in the bedrooms and the other in the large living room. It offers an equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, microwave, electric plancha ( outside), hob… bathroom (shower, bath, hair dryer), garden furniture.
A small playroom with toys and books available (kitchen, dinette, baby doll, board games, giant wooden games for the outdoors (MIKADO, PALETS, FINNISH BOWLING, balls, etc.)

Unfortunately, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Supermarket, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy, bakeries, newsagent, post office, weekly market (Thursday morning) in the town centre.
SNCF station, cinema, city stadiums, bowling alley, walking tours and walks in the forest
The nearest hospital is that of Périgueux.

La maison est conforme à la description. L’emplacement est satisfaisant : calme et cependant assez proche du centre-ville. La vaisselle et le mobilier extérieur pourraient être un peu plus fournis.

St Astier

Très bonnes vacances. Le logement est conforme à la description, très propre et spacieux. Tous les équipements sont à disposition. Emplacement idéal pour se reposer étant donné le calme de la rue. Le numéro de téléphone du propriétaire était erroné sur l’annonce Abritel. Il ne s’agit pas d’un 09, nous avons donc communiqué par mail ce qui était plus pratique.

Un beau gîte très bien placé.

Très belle maison, bien agencée, agréable, ou il ne manque rien, top ! bien située dans un lotissement au calme grand jardin, avec plusieurs espaces, a recommandé. !

La résidence de vacances parfaite

Une grande maison idéale pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis, chaleureuse, accueillante ! Une salle de jeux pour les petits, le jardin, les grandes tables dehors ou dedans : rien à redire, notre séjour était parfait. Merci à Séverine et sa famille pour autant d'attentions et de gentillesse.

Magnifique

Que dire a part que c'est juste PARFAIT. Séverine et son mari sons des gens trés agréable a l'écoute charmant et trés gentils,la maison est superbe trés prope et située dans un endroit calme, un acceuil au top. A coup sur on reviendra dans se cocon superbe. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et encore merci a séverine et a son mari .
