It was very quiet considering it is on a busy road. There are a few lovely walks nearby, which was nice after a long day of driving. The restaurant nearby was closed and all the hotel offered was a charcuterie board so that was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was offered for 13 euros, which seemed on the expensive side. I skipped it. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, especially with information about how to get the Swiss vignette that's required for driving on Swiss highways.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. When I asked if there might be a hiking trail nearby, the woman who was working that afternoon got out a detailed map and showed me multiple wonderful places to go right from the doorstep of the hotel. More significantly, the wonderful man who was setting up the breakfast on the day we departed was extremely responsive and kind when he understood that I had locked myself out of our room. Even though it was absolutely not his responsibility (because the front desk was not yet open, and he was just doing breakfast), he immediately helped me. Someone else on the staff set up taxis to take my husband and son to the airport. Everyone was friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bedding and towels were bright white and nice. We slept with the windows open every night and it was lovely and so peaceful - no traffic or other noise, despite how it looks on the map (because the highway nearby is actually underground at that point). The restaurant right next door is innovative and has good food and nice service as well. The setting is unbeatable - just absolutely stunningly gorgeous. A 10-20 minute walk uphill brings you to sweeping views of Geneva, Lake Geneva, and the Alps. Thank you for hosting us!

Hotel tout à coté du Hameau de Père Noël, il y a même une navette sur le parking du hameau pour se rendre facilement au Parc d'Andilly. A noter que tout de même, le dit restaurant indiqué ne sert uniquement le petit déjeuner! Il y a un restaurant Gastronomique à coté.
