The 80m² accommodation is located on the top and 4th floor of the residence with an elevator "L'HORIZON" which offers a panoramic view of a landscape with multiple facets. It has two double bedrooms (140 cm bed and 160 cm bed) and can thus accommodate up to 4 people.
The living room with TV, WIFI connection and fireplace gives access to a 10m² balcony. The independent kitchen fitted with an island is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, filter and SENSEO pod coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a citrus press and all the necessary kitchen equipment so that you feel at home. The rental also has a second balcony facing the city and pine trees, a washing machine, a hair dryer and straightener, two fans, an air conditioning system in the living room, an electric awning and sun blinds. Sunbeds and childcare equipment (travel cot, booster seat, high chair) are also available. A shower room and two independent toilets complete the rental. To park your vehicle, you have a secure garage located in the basement of the residence.
