Located just 450m from the Ocean beach, its shops, casino, bars and restaurants, this 146m² family home, hidden in a wooded enclosed park of 3000m², can accommodate up to 9 people.
Built at the beginning of the last century, the villa impresses with its charm and particular architectural style typical of the seaside villas of the era. The house has undergone a thorough renovation which already makes it a very comfortable villa.
The house comprises on the ground floor an independent kitchen equipped with induction hobs (new kitchen from 1st May 2026), a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a gain coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all necessary kitchen equipment. Two twin lounges, one of which is equipped with a television and Bluetooth speakers, lead to the dining room which gives access to the terrace. A bedroom and a bathroom with WC complete this level. The upper floor has three double bedrooms, two of which have a bathroom, and a master suite with en-suite bathroom and WC.
At your disposal are a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and childcare equipment (cot, changing table, crockery, bouncer).
You will have four private parking spaces in the grounds.
