Come and discover this charming house located in Saint Brévin L'Océan, in a quiet neighbourhood just 1 km from the beach and town centre. You will appreciate its enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbours, complete with sun loungers and an electric barbecue for spending enjoyable moments together.



Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 6 travellers.



Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and television, perfect for your relaxation time watching a film. The kitchen, open to the rest of the living space and well equipped (induction and gas hobs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a **filter coffee maker and Nespresso** are also at your disposal. You will be able to share your meals in the veranda with a view of the enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbours.



On the night side, the house has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed

Bedroom 2: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 3: equipped with two single beds



A bathroom and a shower room complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a travel cot, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the private car park of the rental.
