Traditional family house and classified, entirely renovated and equipped, ideal for a stay with several families, between friends or with children and grandchildren.

With its 5 bedrooms including a large dormitory for children, its large dining room (40m2) with fireplace and large glass openings, a large solarium upstairs and a fully enclosed garden and landscaped with several spaces (relaxation, barbecue, games ), everyone will find his little corner to isolate himself if necessary. The kitchen is very spacious (xm2) and equipped to prepare large tables.

Renowned for its century-old pines, its very large beach and its Casino, St Brévin l'Océan is a lively town in the summer (free concerts all summer, International Fireworks Festival in August) and peaceful throughout year.

With its ideal location, quiet but close to the Nautical Club, Casino, restaurants and shops (including a night market on Wednesdays), you can do without a vehicle. The beach and the sea are 2 steps away: Ocean beach (supervised in summer).

From here, you can visit the wildlife park Planète sauvage (30 minutes) or even the Puys du Fou (1:30).

Tres belle maison spacieuse pratique, chaleureuse près des commerces et de la plage. La semaine a été tres agréableCependant la maison a besoin d’une grand « nettoyage de printemps » comprenant entre autres un passage a la machine des voilages, un nettoyage des carrelages y compris dans les coins, un tri et un lavage des jeux d’exterieur et autres du garage, un passage à la decheterie pour vous débarrasser des objets cassés (garage, buanderie) , un lavage au jet et une desinfection des grandes poubelles ( une jaune, deux grises), un ménage complet de la cabane d’enfant avec un petit travail de rénovation de la maisonnette et de ses meubles pour que rien ne doit dangereux pour les enfants qui iront y jouer.La dame qui nous a accueilli et qui s’occupe du menage m’a semblé soit débordée, soit démotivée, soit les deux..

Vacances de rêve dans merveilleuse maison

Séjour Saint Brévin

Magnifique maison familiale, pleine de charme , dans laquelle on se sent "chez soi". Un peu vétuste mais très bien équipée. Emplacement au top, à côté de la mer, quartier calme. Bémol sur l'état du ménage qui était limite à notre arrivée. Bémol sur horaires d'arrivée un peu compliqués. Bémol sur la demande de la concierge de nettoyer frigos et cuisine ( il est bien notifié sur le site que le ménage est compris dans le prix)

Une maison qui fait partie de la famille

Une maison qui a de la personnalité. Tout est disponible pour se reposer, se distraire, faire la cuisine, préparer son programme de visites...Comme chez soi on oublie les petits détails et on s'adapte. Tous, petits comme grands se sentent à l'aise dans une maison bien tenue sans être guindée, pratique et sans chichis. La mer est proche, les manèges pour les petits aussi, les magasins et restaurants indispensables à proximité. De l'ombre s'il y a du soleil et de la lumière pour se dorer. C'était notre second séjour et nous espérons bien revenir.

Maison et jardin bien adaptés à un séjour de vacances à la mer. Quelques équipements vieillissants. Manque de précisions sur les services et excursions à proximité ( jour de marché, visites proposées par l'office de tourisme,...)

Belles vacances dans belle demeure

De retour dans cette confortable maison, chacun a facilement retrouvé ses marques, à l'intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La proximité de la plage et du centre ville permet de tout faire à pied ( sauf pour le plein des courses). Maison à recommander.
